As most of you know, cutting artificial leather and textile is relatively straightforward. We receive roles of material, check their quality, place them into our cutting machine, nest pieces efficiently and produce the perfect cut.

With leather, the process is way more complex. Hides have irregular shapes as well as scars and other defects that should not be on the final product, quality varies across the piece and it is crucial to maximize material utilization for cost-effectiveness.
